Now what??

When you sell your property to C&M Housing Solutions, we always provide as much information to you the seller, to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as it possibly can.  During this process, we will be as available to you over the next few weeks so all of your questions and concerns can be taken care of.

Once there is a contract in place between you and C&M Housing Solutions, that contract will be sent to our preferred title agency, Stewart Abstract.  Stewart abstract has been a part of our process for over 5 years now.

During this time, Carol (Our preferred title agent) will perform whats called a title search. The title search will show things like: Open mortgages, any expected or unexpected judgements against the property and also liens.  All of those items will need to be addressed and cleared from the title before it can be transferred.

Here is where Stewart Abstract excels: in Settlement, Escrow, and Disbursement Services. The Title Officers truly shine when it comes to experience, customer service, and industry reputation. They have worked, not just in the Title Insurance Industry for many years – but for Stewart Abstract – for years. Some have worked there for decades!
