C&M Housing Solutions is owned and operated by Chris and Mel McGeady and alongside them are their 3 daughters – Britney, Sarah and Leah.

Prior to their work in Real Estate their first passion was helping people within their community.  Chris was a career Fireman/EMT with 16 years of service and with 9 of those years serving as the Captain of his department.  Being a Fireman has given him the opportunity to help people in the community and since his retirement, Real Estate has fulfilled his drive to still assist others but just on a different level.

After high School Mel worked in the Veterinary field for 8 years before going back to school to become a Registered Nurse, BSN.  During this time she found her love and passion for helping people which has taught her to be an advocate for all individuals, families and also her community.
